Based in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, The Frederick Session feature performances from some of the UK's talented artists and bands.

The monthly session, led by ReedBass often features a very eclectic mix of artists coming from a diverse range of genres.

These sessions bring you outstanding artists, delivering passionate performances. This is a night full of vibrance and pure musical excellence.

ReedBass ReedBass is the core of all the musical exploits of RBp. Whether backing an acoustic folk singer, laying down the funk or taking the music to the street for an urban artist, Reed's bass lines provide the perfect foundation for any visiting artist
Leon A master drummer can speak to the soul with rhythms that make you involuntarily react. Leon is such a drummer. His groove is impeccable and his technical prowess is only overshadowed by musicianship. He is definitely the heartbeat of the band and he lays down the most assured pulse ever.

Noval Very few keyboard players have the ability to play the right parts at the right time with the right feel. Noval is that and more. A master of playing what is needed while creating the perfect blend of sounds, he is a one man orchestra.	Glyn Percussionist extraordinaire, brings his unique mix of rhythms from across to world and layers it with soul, covering any groove with just the right amount of icing to make it feel 'superbad'
Reuben Reuben is the without a doubt the complete guitarist. Whether playing acoustic guitar behind a soft, tender vocal part or digging into the heaviest guitar part, he always chooses the ideal part. His musicianship is out of this world and if he has to take a solo, I dare you not to be enthralled.
